Dependability is multi-dimensional--we always deliver the expected quantity and the highest quality the way you asked for it.  Or if something does happen, mother nature is a force to be respected, then we immediately communicate with our chefs or customers so they can adjust accordingly. ​

FRESHNESS & QUALITY​
Our food is harvested at peak condition, triple washed, and stored in our walk-in cooler.  Chefs  have told us our produce lasts longer than food from California or elsewhere--that's because we deliver straight from our field to you.

Chefs tell us what they want, how much they want, when they want it, and how they want it packaged.  

Our food is available at area restaurants, and also at Centre Markets, an online farmers market offering delivery.
