We are a family scale vegetable and herb farm. Our exceptional flavor comes from our soils and how we grow our food. We've worked closely with chefs to meet their standards and grow their preferred varieties--chef inspired, chef refined. We've also listened to our market customers to give you what you want--from our family to yours. We manage our farm to feed people fresh, nutritious food while regenerating biodiversity, enriching the soil, and improving the watershed. The richer and more fertile the soil, the more flavorful and nutritious the food. We use restoration ecology and bio-intensive growing methods to regenerate the land and give you healthy, sustainable food. We look forward to growing for you! |

We have nine years of farming experience in Pennsylvania, Vermont, and California. Ethan has studied ecology, sustainable agriculture, soil science, and agroecology at Cornell University (B.S.) and The Pennsylvania State University (Ph.D.); he has also studied sustainable energy planning and management at Aalborg University in Denmark (M.S. Engineering Management). Siobhan studied at La Salle University (B.S.), and has a background in teaching environmental and conservation education. |
