We are a small scale, organic vegetable, herb, and fruit farm. Our farm is in Woodward, PA, nestled in beautiful Penn's Valley. Freshness and quality is guaranteed. Our exceptional flavor comes from our soils, how we grow our food, and the varieties we choose. We've worked closely with chefs to meet their high, and exacting standard--chef inspired, chef refined. We've also listened to our CSA members to give you what you want--from our family to yours.
We manage our farm to feed people fresh, nutritious food while regenerating biodiversity, enriching the soil, and improving the watershed. The richer and more fertile the soil, the more flavorful and nutritious the food. Healthy, sustainable food requires a healthy, sustainable farm that nourishes, and is nourished by, the surrounding ecosystem. We use integrated-pest-management, conservation strips, cover crops, bee hives, no-till/low-till production, and other organic, bio-intensive methods to regenerate the land and give you healthy, sustainable food.
We have CSA shares, and our food is also available at the Millheim farmer's market, grocery stores, and restaurants. We look forward to growing for you!
